Her day of coordinator services included meeting with me 8 months prior to our big day to discuss my vision and timeline. We also worked together to tweek the timeline as planning progressed. Having her extremely detailed timeline (3 pages long) made me feel so comfortable on the day of. I knew everything had been thought of ahead of time.

I would highly recommend hiring this team. They were professional, friendly, and a lot of fun to have around on the big day.

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Kelly and Tarina for our decor and wedding coordination. The decor was just beautiful and we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING on the day of. It was exactly what we wanted.  

Kelly understood exactly what aesthetic we were going for and totally delivered. Kelly and Tarina were proactive in streamlining the events of our day. It really helps to have someone who knows weddings on your side because there are a million things you don’t think/know about, but thankfully, Kelly and Tarina are experts of thinking/knowing about this stuff! They made suggestions that gave our wedding that extra special touch which made it our own, even though it was their idea to begin with!

I decided to search for a day of coordinator after booking our venue as we were told we may not be able to get in and set up until the morning of our wedding. I didn’t want to deal with all the stress the morning of and when I first met with Tarina I New I had picked the perfect person for this. From the start she made me feel super confident in my decisions and although I had only hired her for mainly set up and take down, she helped me SO much through out the way. It turned out my venue was short staff the day of my wedding and I honestly think without Tarina there, the day would not have gone as smooth as it did. She made it totally stress free for me and I was able to enjoy the entire day/night. Couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone!

Working with Kelly and her team for our big day was everything we expected and more! As an event planner myself I knew we needed to find someone who could flawlessly execute all the little details we had envisioned.

The day was absolute perfection from start to finish and they went above and beyond with everything from helping out in the event our shuttles were delayed to dealing with our rambunctious toddler and all while appearing to have a really good time.
