If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I both agree that hiring Say Events was the best decision we made for our wedding (aside from marrying each other!) We truly could not have done it without them. Their valuable expertise, excellent communication and amazing personalities made our wedding planning process so smooth and enjoyable. Not to mention how our day went off without a hitch! As a wedding vendor myself AND a type A bride, I already know that wedding planners put out so many fires that the couple won’t know about, but now I’ve lived it and can attest that you NEED to hire a planner for your wedding. The Say Events team did such a phenomenal job making the whole day come together through answering all my questions (I had a lot), building our timeline, organizing things with other vendors, setting up and taking down our decor, making sure we were on schedule but not rushing anything, pivoting when problems arose….I could go on and on. We were able to fully relax on our wedding day knowing that everything was taken care of and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience! Thank you Kelly, Tarina and Shannon for helping us make our wedding day absolutely perfect!

What can I say. The Say Events Co team killed it with our wedding. My husband and I signed on with the 8-week out pack, but were always available to chat when needed. They are the most professional yet personable group. Tarina is absolute treasure to talk and communicate with, and will hook you up with the most amazing vendors. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything went exactly to planned. Even if you hired them as a day of coordinator for your big day everything will go to planned, and even if something happened, you won’t even know about it.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Say Events for making my day stress-free and perfect! I was lucky enough to work closely with Tarina throughout most of the planning process. She is organized, efficient, professional, kind, and a constant source of support. Tarina, Kelly, and the entire Say Events team genuinely cared about us and it showed in their willingness to go above and beyond to make our day special. Leading up to our day, the team provided me with budget management tools, vendor recommendations, timeline details, and answered all my questions/concerns promptly. They had an efficient system for managing every aspect of our wedding, which took away layers on layers of stress! The month leading up to the wedding my mind was at ease because I had full trust in Tarina & her team. Tarina and Kelly led us through a rehearsal the day before the wedding to set us up for success and ease everyone’s nerves. They handled all aspects of decor and set up the entire wedding beautifully. Logistical challenges were handled by Tarina and her team, which allowed for my husband and I to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding. They truly made everything so easy for us.

After 3 years engaged and numerous changes (due to covid restrictions) Kelly and Tarina finally got me married. If it wasn’t for them I would probably still be engaged.

Kelly and Tarina had been with me for the entire 3 years of my engagement. I had a big 320 person wedding planned which changed to a 50 person wedding which then changed to a 10 person wedding. You can imagine the roller coaster of emotions. They were so supportive and so kind throughout the entire process. They always validated my feelings and never let me settle for less then what I wanted for my big day. Up until the day of my wedding we were dealing with the constant changes to the covid restrictions and they were cool and calm throughout everything. They worked tirelessly with all my vendors to make sure that my wedding was perfect.

They also handled all of my decor which was more than I could have ever imagined. From the big wedding to the small wedding I loved all of their unique ideas. They are so collaborative and always make sure to get your opinion on things before it goes ahead. They have so many great industry connections to fit everyone’s needs and budget. From set up to take down, they handled it all. Leaving everything more tidy than it was before.

I had been planning this wedding for 3 years so you can imagine how attached to it I was. I had every detailed mapped out and they executed it flawlessly. They knew the names to all my playlists and which ones to play at what times, made sure I got all the photos I wanted with my family, I really could go on and on.

Kelly and Tarina are not just wedding planners, they are so much more. They wore so many different hats on my wedding day that were clearly not in their job description but they did it all with a smile on their faces. I can’t thank them enough for their support over the years. If you are debating whether you need a planner or not, the answer is yes. I could not imagine dealing with everything I went through on my own. My wedding day was beautiful and stress free because of them.

SAY Events are nothing short of AMAZING! We used them for our wedding in August and could not have been more happy! Kelly & Tarina worked with us through the toughest of COVID restrictions and helped pull off our dream wedding.

They not only kept us in the loop with all our vendors, collected Inspo and absolutely SMASHED our boho theme.
If anything went wrong, or something bad happened, we were the last to know about it. They were professional and punctual and always happy to go the extra mile for their clients
