• You have booked all your vendors.
• You are hosting the wedding a full service venue such as a hotel or restaurant.

Have you booked all your vendors but just need someone to bring it all together? Are you looking for someone just to be there on the day of? Not a problem. We work with you 8 weeks prior to your wedding. We review your personalized wedding planner, make any adjustments and then develop a timeline together! With this option, we are not expecting you to provide us a detailed timeline, that’s our job!

This package does not guarantee a lead planner, however we have many qualified day of coordinators that will execute the wedding day as per our instruction. You would be advised beforehand who this person is and meet them at the rehearsal.

Below are the services included in this package:

• A personalized online wedding planner. A tool to keep you on track during the planning process. You fill out as many components of the planner as you can prior to the 6 week meeting.
• Access to our Gold Book of Vendors.
• (1) hour meeting halfway through the planning to adhere any concerns.
• Unlimited Email communication and texts during the planning process
• A site visit to your reception venue if required.
• Rehearsal Coordination for the ceremony, and any last minute questions/concerns.
• A Bridal emergency kit (weddings have been saved just with safety pins!)
• A detailed timeline for all vendors, times and items agreed upon during the planning process
• A detailed Emcee timeline to be provided to Emcee by email prior to wedding day.
• To take care of any challenges during the event
• We will be flexible to any last-minute changes or adjustments
• Advising on wedding customs and etiquette but remaining open minded about unique ideas and trends.
• Be on site for the hours confirmed for the day of the wedding
• An assistant is always included in your package, so we don’t miss anything!
