This option guarantees a lead planner on the day of your wedding.
Below are the services included in this package:
- A personalized online wedding planner. A tool to keep us on track during the planning process where you fill out key items and confirm vendors.
- Access to our Gold Book of Vendors.
- Up to (2) additional detailed planning sessions (not including the initial consult or rehearsal)
- Unlimited Email communication and texts in between sessions.
- A site visit to your reception venue, where we can lay the groundwork for your floor plan.
- Rehearsal Coordination for the ceremony, and any last minute questions/concerns.
- A Bridal emergency kit (weddings have been saved just with safety pins!)
- A detailed timeline for all vendors, times and items agreed upon during the planning process
- A detailed Emcee timeline to be provided to Emcee by email prior to wedding day.
- To take care of any challenges during the event
- We will be flexible to any last-minute changes or adjustments
- Advising on wedding customs and etiquette but remaining open minded about unique ideas and trends.
- Be on site for the hours confirmed for the day of the wedding
