Planning a retreat?
Often times we find a person running the retreat and running the logistics of the retreat are two different things. It is important that you or the instructor remains present to be a mentor and an educator during the retreat.
Below are the services included in this package
- A meeting or phone call to discuss the retreat
- An option to add custom graphics and design for your retreat to make itineraries, custom stationary, any apparel and even retreat logos.
- A review of what items need to be completed and secured prior to the retreat
- Set up scheduled phone calls to ensure all items are being met during the planning process
- Two detailed scheduled provided, one for the retreat members and one for us, as your administration
- Review and inventory of equipment required (ie: welcome packets, hotel information, etc)
- Review any items that need to be picked up for the retreat (ie: AV equipment, sponsorship items, print, etc.)
- Assistance in booking accommodation and transportation required
- Secure sponsorship if requested
- Assistance with the food, from simple meals to feed everyone to a chef on site, whichever suits your retreat best.
On the actual retreat, we assess the best times we are required to be on site as part of your team. You are there to mentor, and we’re on site to help you. Services include:
- Ensure the timeline is kept as per discussed
- Be flexible if items change or things run late
- If there are any challenges with guest arrival, we run point to sort out the logistics while you remain focused on the task at hand.
- Transport any items from point A to B
- Encourage a reflection piece at the end to review what worked and what can be improved for future retreats.
Every retreat is custom, pricing is based on location, transportation requirements, amount of estimated guests attending the retreat and the length of your retreat. Contact us for pricing!
Additional cost may include:
- KM’s (at $0.57 a KM – if the retreat is outside the lower mainland)
- Ferry fees (if applicable)
- Custom graphic design and print
- Website or app fees (if applicable)
